Dr. Yvette Yueye Wang, MD, is an ophthalmologist and a postdoctoral fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research focuses on real-world implementation of AI-based ophthalmic technologies and health economic evaluation of innovative eye care interventions.
 
She is currently collaborating with the World Health Organization and other international eye care organizations to support equitable, accessible, and cost-effective eye care, particularly in low-resource settings. Her work provides evidence to inform eye health policy, resource allocation, and population-based screening programs.
